HOTLAB 2026 is the 62nd edition of the “Annual Meeting on Hot Laboratories and Remote Handling”, hosted by the China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE) in cooperation with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The annual meeting will be held at the China Hall of Science and Technology (CHST), Beijing, China, from September 6 to 11, 2026.
The objective of the annual meeting is to share experiences and know-how and to start a collaboration in all aspects of nuclear research and development. This meeting is intended for technicians, operators, engineers, researchers, suppliers and managers working at and for nuclear R&D facilities and hot cells.
PARTICIPANTION AND REGISTRATION
Registration will only be effective upon fee payment confirmation. Payment information will be sent via email after pre-registration.
Registration fee: USD 950 (US dollars).
IMPORTANT DATES
May 15, 2026: Extended abstract submission deadline.
June 15, 2026: Abstract acceptance notification.
August 15, 2026: Conference registration deadline.
